Once you’ve chosen your plan, you can book and pay online in a few minutes.
As soon as your plan is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange your first visit and confirm the best way to access the property, keys, juristic office details, and any preferences you have.

After setup, WhatsApp becomes your direct line to us.
You’ll receive a clear message after each visit, along with photo updates, and if we spot anything that needs attention we’ll explain it in plain English and recommend the next step.
No ticket systems, no portals, just a simple conversation and fast updates.
We carry out scheduled checks and keep a close eye on the common problems that cause bigger damage later, leaks, moisture, air-conditioning issues, and wear and tear.
If something needs fixing, we organise it for you, we coordinate contractors, oversee the work, and keep you updated, so you don’t have to manage anything from a distance.
Materials and parts are charged separately, and larger works are always quoted and approved before proceeding.
