Who we are

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, email, WhatsApp number, the property’s location, type and size, the development, your handover date and anything you write in the message
• When you message us on WhatsApp or call: whatever you choose to share there
• When you book: the details needed to carry out the inspection, such as the property address and access arrangements
• When you browse the site: anonymous usage statistics from Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies

How we use it

Only to reply to you, confirm a fee and a date, carry out the inspection and deliver the report. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share them with developers or agents — that is the same independence the whole service is built on. A report is shared with your developer only when you ask us to, or when you pass it on yourself.

Who else handles it

Enquiries from the website form are delivered to us by email through the site’s email-sending service. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. If you accept cookies, Google receives anonymous usage data through Google Analytics. Nobody else receives your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Inspection reports, photographs and the correspondence around them are kept for as long as they may be needed to support a defect claim — normally the defects-liability period plus a reasonable margin — and then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Cookies

The site needs no cookies to work. With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that tell us how many people visit and which pages they find useful; until you accept, it runs without them. Your choice is remembered in your own browser, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, UK or EU data-protection law, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee or to the data-protection regulator where you live.
